The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the combatants confronted each other to promote the upcoming bout.
Ex two-time world title holder Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to damage his features and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually recognized for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, at the same time, took aim at UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Still, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, regularly earning huge paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in rounds four or five and stated he would stop the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul participated in the customary face-off, with their height and weight contrast on show, it emphasized just how surprising this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is truly proceeding.
